* How soon can I be selling after I sign up with you?
Once you've created an account, you can begin to add and customize your products. Your account will need to be reviewed and approved before your order pages are live and the first sales can occur, but you can have all of your products configured and ready to go immediately. The review process usually takes no more than a few hours.
* What are the costs associated with using your service?

* What can I expect to receive when an order is processed?
When an order for your product is completed, you will receive an email from us detailing the sale. This will include, the customer name, email, products purchased, total price, and any additional information you may have requested be collected at the time of purchase. More information can be found online in our Reports Area.
* I don't live in the U.S. Can I still use your service?
Of course! There are no restrictions on where our vendors are located.
* How often will I be paid?
That is up to you. The default is once a month. This can be increased to quarterly or yearly if you so desire. All payments will have a minimum requirement, also configurable by you. You can choose to be paid monthly, yet only when the amount is greater than $500.00 USD, for example.
* Can I be paid by wire transfer instead of by check each month?
Yes, this is one option you may select when receiving payments from us.
* What payment methods can my customers use for their order?
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), check, and PayPal are the current methods. Wire Transfer is currently being implemented.
* I provide a registration key to unlock the software. What options do I have?
There are several methods you can choose from to accomplish this:
- You can provide us with a link to a registration code generator that you have configured. We will contact the generator each time we need a new code. We can also provide that generator with certain parameters, specified by the customer at the time of the purchase, in order to make the generated key unique.
- You can provide us with a list of registration codes for your product. We will use one code from the list for each order, or per product quantity if you desire (one key per quantity ordered).
- You can customize your post-order email to provide all customers with the same unlock code (not recommended).
* I sell adult-themed software, is that a problem?
As a general rule, accounts that contain adult-themed products will not be approved. Any sales of adult software from established accounts will result in that account being terminated.
* I'm not selling software, I sell physical products. Is that acceptable?
Yes, physical products can be sold through our system under the same conditions as software.
* What company details of yours should I put in my software? Address? Phone number?
We do not recommend embedding our address or phone number in the software because, unlikely as it may seem, these can change. You may also find that you need to change payment processors and, while we'd hate to see you go, we know it would be even more difficult for you to modify your executable to reflect the change.
We do recommend that you link from your software to your own website, where you can maintain a purchase details page with our contact information on it. That way, if anything does change, you can make a small modification to your website, rather than needing to modify and re-upload your executable to all sites it may be hosted on.
* Where will my customers be directed after the purchase is complete?
Once the order is submitted, they will receive a Thank You page detailing the process from that point on. On that page will be a link back to your website, which you can customize. They will also receive a link to a status page that will give them the live status of their order, including steps to take if the order has not been processed.
* Do you support shopping carts?
Of course! Cart functionality is built into the system. You have the option of selecting either a standard cart, allowing customers to return to your site and continue adding items to their Take Two cart, or a Buy Now experience. Selecting Buy Now for your order pages will not provide a Continue Shopping button. It is intended to direct the customer through the purchase process more quickly.
* My question was not answered here, now what?
